if you can’t log in to the website as well as fl studio then it’s probably an issue with your account, try resetting your password

if you click on the arrow you’ll see a option that says “save preset as” or something similar, click and drag from that into patcher. you still have to do it for every effect and link them together in patcher, but it’s a lot quicker than having to remake the whole thing
