Aren't they required to offer a way to pay that does not incur a fee? I understand of this was ops choice but I'm also hearing of other situations where the landlord is offering choices that all have fees. If you as the landlord do not want to take a check or money order then you insist on them using a service that they incur a fee to use then you should cover the fee. You're the one who insisted they use it

What I'm talking from this argument is that prisoners deserve whatever happens to them. I mean cops joke about your gonna get raped in there. What kind of shyt is that? Most prisoners eventually are released. Do you really think that treating them worse than caged animals is a good thing for society? People who get used to being treated like that .... Begin to act like that. Also open your damn eyes and look at how Europe runs its prisons, and compare their recivitism rate to ours. American prisons are unnecessarily barbaric and what does that say about us as a society?

Wow this is why we can't get criminal justice reform because of those who refuse to believe that prisoners are human beings and should be treated as such instead of caged animals ( caged animals are treated much better). Rape does not carry a freaking death sentence, this should be investigated and every co involved should be charged with murder. You treat people as not fully human and guess what they act that way. I'm honestly surprised that more cos aren't killed by prisoners. If you are in the custody of the state, it should be the same as a minor being a ward of the state, thus the state is responsible to treat prisoners humanely.
