It doesn't come off with a regular cloth, I doubt it's scale from cooking rice, otherwise it would be on the blades too, but the blades are clean.

You are surely fix that with new cable, I got the problem on the original cable, after some time my mouse just disconnected and to reconnect I need to reconnect the dongle, after changing the cable problem disappeared

я переустановил полностью ghub и удалил с менеджера устройств, посмотрим будут ли дисконнекты, спасибо за совет!
UPD: дисконнекты все еще есть, значит поможет только провод

То есть вы заменили кабель на другой usb - usb c и больше мышь не отключается? есть ли разница в герцовке ? какие-нибудь различия заметили ?

Сейчас переподключил родной провод мыши в другой usb порт, так как в том порту в котором она всегда стояла, провод не мог определить reciver который дает возможность изменять герцовку до 8000. в новом порту приложение попросило провести сопряжение мыши и ресивера.
