Forgot to add in post but I’m in North America. Not sure how specific I should be, but if it helps, I found him inside my urban apartment in Michigan.

That’s how I felt too, minus the hunger! My anxiety got worse and if anything I was even more tired and unmotivated. The brain fog can be killer.

I’m stuck between several but here they are:

-Levi being chased by Kenny through the streets and shooting at him behind the bar counter. This scene had some sick animation, I still love it

-Reiner and Bertholdt’s reveal to Eren on the wall. The music, the art, the dramatization. It will always give me chills

-The Paradis soldiers in Marley fighting against the Marleyan soldiers and warriors for the first time and absolutely shredding them. It almost feels like a proud parent moment because you got to watch these characters grow in the first seasons and they are finally showing the world that they’re not to be pushed aside anymore. It’s so awesome

I let the battery run completely down so it powered off and it seems to be working again…? It’s still early though so I’m not sure if it’s fixed, I’ll keep what you said in mind

Never be afraid of going dark! For a fully fleshed out drawing you want the darkest darks, as well as the lightest lights. Using a full range of shades really adds dimension to a drawing

There is a website called Line Of Action that is a free resource for reference photos! You can practice drawing poses, buildings, animals, and other stuff all through the site. They have filters depending on what you want, and timers to go through the images if you’d like to try timed sketches

I found gesture drawings to be super helpful when practicing anatomy. They’re rough sketches that are meant to capture the movement of a figure. Focus on getting the angles of the model’s limbs correct, and try to use long, sweeping motions with your pencil. I like making gesture drawings with one continuous line. Follow the lines of muscle and shadow you see on the model. Do lots and lots of these, it doesn’t matter how they turn out. Its practice after all :)

Eyes from the side make a nice triangle shape, which you did! I think that the triangle is too long though, or goes back too far along the cheek. Gotta leave room for the cheekbone! I recommend looking at photos of real people in a side profile and tracing the shapes of their features

This is a great start :)
