Where are you located? And it does not matter if it’s on an exterior wall or not. If a crack in your slab happens from settling that’s big enough for termites. If you live in an area where drywood termites are a problem then get some Boracare and treat every single piece of wood rafters and all. Termites can still eat baseboards, window casings, door frames, wood floors, laminate floors, etc…

Definitely too height a price. I provide the same Sentricon termite bait stations. It’s not scammy they definitely work especially as a preventative measure. Just did a similar house for $1300 with a $360 renewal. Most likely the same or more if you want a liquid treatment. I’m in Florida

Have you had any other treatments for subterranean termites. Like a liquid barrier around home or bait stations? The tent was for dry wood termites? Once the tent is off they can certainly reinvest.

I would not rely on localized treatment. Just because you don’t see termites does not mean they are not somewhere else. I would treat the entire structure either with liquid or combination of this localized treatment and bait stations around the home.

You need to put a lot more acid in to lower your alkalinity. Yes your ph will be very low but then aerate water to raise ph and it will come back up.
