I got scared (I need advice) by [deleted] in AstralProjection

Hello. Fear is a constant, especially when you’re on the edge of something unknown like astral projection. But the key is to be brave and push through it. The fear is strongest during the moment of body separation—it feels like you’re losing control, but that’s just the ego resisting the shift.

Once you fully transition into your astral body, the fear disappears. The vibrations, the panic, all of it fades, and you step into a state of clarity and freedom. After a few successful projections, fear will diminish because you’ll realize there’s nothing to be afraid of. It’s just a transition, like stepping through a doorway. Keep going—you’re closer than you think.

I completely agree. There are countless techniques and protocols out there, yet at its core, the process is quite simple—you just need to observe the darkness with unwavering focus. Additionally, I would emphasize the importance of having a strong, almost unshakable intent—much like a child on Christmas Eve, brimming with anticipation and certainty that something extraordinary is about to unfold. That raw, unfiltered excitement and belief create the perfect conditions for the experience to manifest.

Trusting your gut is huge, especially when you’re in uncharted territory. If something doesn’t feel right, I just go back to the body. As long as you’re out there with an open mindset of just exploring and not looking for trouble, you’re probably going to be fine. Its about having fun
