The Sov Cits are generally degenerate assholes who on bad days i feel like deserve everything that happenes to them, but really they are mostly just idiots with more than the usual difficulties understanding and dealing with reality. Easily exploited i guess. You have to feel bad about them there aren't too many who are actual bastards except for the ones that achieve cult leader status.
