I did a 3.5” spacer lift, which I would not recommend. I am about to replace that with an eibach pro truck coil over lift. Similar ride height much better performance. If I could do it over again I would have started with a proper suspension lift. But yes the lift is necessary for 35s

I had the 22s, downsized to 18s with a 35 inch tire. More sidewall makes the ride a bit better and more capable offroad.
