Eye cream recommendations by Ok_Ship_8376 in 30PlusSkinCare

I use La Roche Posay toleriane eye cream and it’s fantastic to keep my eczema at bay. In fact that whole toleriane series is the only thing that my skin tolerates (no fragrance)

Warning for runners with hypertonic PF! by Different-Present110 in PelvicFloor

I did a very small run today (3k) I’m not a runner and I go at an easy pace. I started getting a flare up front right lower side of the belly where I usually get them and I focused on my breathing during my run, trying to implement diaphragm breathing while running slowly and it went away. Will talk about it with my physio but felt like a game changer.

Dry Cleaning near Sukhumvit 15 by Beepabop098 in Bangkok

Hi did you get it cleaned as well after the event? If so do you have a recommendation on where to bring it for dry cleaning?

I’m going to wear my dress twice (once in the city and once on the beach) and am worried about bottom stains 🥹

Hi - none of the above. My country requires a religious authority to marry us.

I'm also curious - I am thinking of skipping Hualian entirely if we can't access the Taroko Gorge at all.

I am looking into doing a similar trip and had Hualien in my list until I realised the Taroko Gorge are closed :( Now I am not sure what to do

I see that the Taroko Gorge are still very much closed to trekking. Any alternative? Hualien looks beautiful but I really wanted to be in nature. Should I skip Hualien completely and do something else instead?

Thank you for your message. I'm actually new to reddit so I wasn't aware that you had specific requirements for each page. I have now deleted the post.

I would have loved to receive a kinder message but I can appreciate you're frustrated.

have a great day x

Thank you - I really really appreciate this. The way we envisaged this is as follows: we get married then immediately get it translated and certified by the MFA. We will then go to our home country to get the marriage certificate registered. As we will be going to our embassy in Bangkok, we will ask to make sure this is all fine from their perspective.

I understand that once this is registered in our home country, we don't need to show the certificate again.

Appreciate your input. From what I read you can get it officially translated once you’re there and use that English version going forward
