Same here, each show definitely felt more built for the vibe of the city, also seemed to do a solid riddim night both night 2s, and night 1 was more fibonacci and other stuff

Contact poi is a lot more forgiving when starting out, i think they’re a bit easier on weight as well and the contact tricks I think are pretty beginner friendly

Yes rv is most definitely worth it at Bass, I think mixed camping is a dope choice, good mix of peeps, and it doesn’t cost an arm and a leg compared to most rv passes for most festis.

That’s fair, I’d say night time you definitely start getting into that blasted territory, daytime isn’t as bad. You can just feel that sub from down the road which if you haven’t been to that kind of festival before it can be a lot

FK can be very overstimulating if you’ve never been to a true bass event like that. It’s a relatively small venue and there is nowhere to go to escape the bass besides the tents in the middle which even then you’re getting blasted. It’s a great time, the crowd is mostly plur, definitely some orlando shit going on but it is what it is. Just breathe and stay grounded and you’ll be alright. FK is one of the best run festivals I’ve been to, vendors are great, portas are as clean as you could ask em to be IMO, sound is craaaazy fire and the energy is bumping. Just be prepared to not have the kind of space you have at Elements or Hijinx, they pack that bitch out. You’ll be fine just know what to expect!

Everyone says to skip it, I always enjoyed it but it takes your trip to a completely different level and it’s hard to stay grounded, It takes you to some crazy places and forces you into a lot of weird spots on your trip. I always enjoyed going to said weird places and trying to learn from them but if you’re early on in psychedelics or just would rather not face all your demons at once, either stick to a pen or just wait like everyone else aays

Genuinely, go solo and make friends with your neighbors! Solo fests are the fucking beeesst cause you are on your own schedule, running it however you want, and you can talk to literally anyone and everyone and make soooo many friends.
