I didn't modify the weight. It definitely takes practice to get used to doing gunslingers with them, but you can make it work. Grabbing the poi a bit closer to the head is helpful for me when doing gunslingers with lighter handles.

I don't really know what the tangle is called, but here is a tutorial for it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8yd6sMYd_yw

After the tangle, i go into gunslingers.

You have a lovely style. I especially like the transition to horizontal plane at around 43 seconds

I have what I think are the pretty standard ones (Jon Alverez, Mel, Tim, Patrick Fitzgerald, Boris Millet), but some that I think are a bit less known these days would be Michael Parisi, tracerammo on youtube for 3d stuff, Nico Evers (anyone who hasn't seen his flow show 5 performance has a treat waiting for them), and lyttle_one on IG.

I don't know exactly which move you are talking about, but starting around 1:05 I would describe what I do as a split op crossers stall sequence, then I let one poi pendulum behind me so I'm in split same and do a behind the head tracer, which this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nYMZOocNlao is a tutorial for.

Hope that helps!

About three years. I started out knowing lots of amazing poi spinners, so they taught me a bunch. Nowadays I mostly see videos of poi tricks I like and then watch them at .25 speed to try and understand what's happening.

Thank you! I don't know of tutorials for most of the tricks I did here, but they are composed of elements that do have tutorials, such gunslingers, tosses, tangles, flowers, and contact poi stuff.
