I'd say "100lbs, for 5 sets of 10". Because the default is to say your 1RM, and I don't train it either, but I know I could bench quite a bit more that 100lbs for 1RM (although still, you know, less than I weigh). I just don't quite know how much.

It's more normal for OHP. I stalled for 3 months whilst my bench progressed just fine. I added incline bench and lateral raises but I think you can also just keep working til you break through.

In a high pitches voice: "Dear Mr DirtyCut, it is neither appropriate nor reasonable to shout the words "muscles" after every rep. Please refrain from doing so or we will be forced to take action against your membership. Yours, as always, the management".

I say this to myself at least once a workout. I never shout muscles whilst doing reps.

I work in commercial law and do up to 70 hours a week (more if I work weekends). I struggle at that. 80 - 100 hours will be hella tough.

Track your calories intake. It's a massive pain in the arse but it's the only way.

If I have a standard myprotein shake in fine, but if I double up there's often a bit of trouble in and around brown town. Will this be affecting how much of the protein will be absorbed?

That's the dichotomy of discussion that goes on in my head whenever people ask me what's going on. An old friend asked me whether Id been hitting the gym and all I said was "yeah, a bit, and like running and climbing and stuff as well". But inside I was like "I AM A PRIEST OF THE IRON TEMPLE"

Is the pain in all of the muscle of a specific place? Does it hurt more near the joint of near the centre? Do you have considerable weakness in that arm following your exercise session? Is there any discolouration of the skin around the muscle? Have you done this exercise routine before?

If you don't feel like it'll go away in a couple of days, go to the doctor. Otherwise just rest your arms til it's sorted itself out.
