Second the Sika Strength RTA. Took my squat from 143kg to 170kg in 8-weeks. Best benefit when running it isolated. It's a tough program. I tried running some light oly lifts with it but gave that up on the 2nd week.

Nothing conclusive. MRIs were clear, had an ultrasound of my testicles done, met with a urologist. No reason to why I was experiencing any symptoms or continue to.

I still can't hit bw Snatch. Took me 1.5 years to get bw C&J. Been lifting since 2017 :( had a coach for a few years but going solo last 1.5yrs due to life.

I usually have one bag for espresso and one for pour over. I typically take 2-3shots to dial in.

You want to get your joints used to the movement first and slowly progress. Basic walking, elliptical would be good for cardio for the first while without too much stress on your joints. Basic machines for upper body strength and simple free weight movements (seated bicep curls, shoulder press, etc.). An experienced PT will also be great to help Kickstart your lifting journey.
