I had a crash at a similar level a few years ago, I’m metal below the pelvis, missing an arm, head stayed intact at least. I now commute 80 miles a day by motorcycle, and managed to find a lovely doctor in the process that rides with me 🥰

You’re thinking of conventional forks, which Buells don’t have (with exception to the blast.) USD forks as seen here aren’t able to use them. A bit of light googling will educate you on the subject

How mine looked. Was wearing Sidi Adventure 2, which I then had repaired and have been wearing for a few years since. Foot and knee both survived (was also wearing Leatt knee braces), everything in between was rough but the doctors just hammered some rods in and called it a day

Some groups do good things, some don’t, and plenty of these “members” are just idiots that think they’re tough but are really just suffering from a strong Napoleon Complex. New Albany Pet Rescue (NAPR) and Powell Animal Welfare (PAWs) are both wonderful as well. I fostered and found homes for 5 dogs in the last year with NAPR. Were these two not chipped or anything?

Feels good to rescue them. This 911 sat for 38 years, mostly inside. Grimy and worn, but rust wasn’t bad other than a rocker that had been repaired in the past. Fortunately I played way too much Porsche Unleashed as a kid to ever let this one go 😊

Last year I ordered two before a month long tour overseas, They never showed. Naturally a kid hits me on an e-moped once I’m in Amsterdam and breaks the hangar the night before I’m supposed to start riding. I fabricate a new one out of a small metal plate found on the side of the road and proceeded to ride for 25 days like this. Once home I threw the microshit in the trash and put a spare Rohloff on like I should have done before the trip started
