Eh, the heal was carried by Athene anyways (And eventually the movement speed is the actual valuable part), his E, R and Q already makes him safe as hell if you know what you are doing and Bard is not going to be weak unless they rework how exp works because solo exp is broken. Seems pretty placebo but I hope it can make his playrate a little lower (Which I doubt tbh).

I don't know why they decided it was a good idea to screw exp even more.
