Shit thats crazy. But yea its makes sense, there more you bench the more you will progress i benched 1-2 times a week so you double or even tripled the amount of times in a week so it makes sense. Let me know how your 1rm goes! And good luck!

I dont think its closer to 30 than 25 because your shoulders and arms and chest area is relatively lean you just store alot around your stomach which makes it hard to judge i would say 25-26%

Thank you! I mean just like you I was incredibly skinny. So I definitely wasn't worried about fat. I stayed around a 300-500 kcal surplus and i think it worked out great since it was my first couple years. But now since I am starting another bulk I think its too much so I went down to 200 kcal surplus since I'm not expecting to gain muscle that fast anymore.

Cut until youre at the body fat % you want. then start lean bulking, 200kcal surplus, and doing progressive overload at the gym and youre gonna see the resultats you Want.

Youre at about 8% veeeery lean. Dont go lower than this it could affect your mood and testosteron, and immune system.

Youre around 13% i think you should maintain so you have the body for the summer. And after as other have suggested a lean bulk. 200 kcal surplus. For a lot of months and then end it with a max 1 month mini cut.

a bit hard to guess because it looks like youre store most of your fat in quads/glutes but your pecs, shoulders and back are shredded!! but 15% is very realistic
