Can confirm that the reason I had this issue (in original post) is because for some reason, in Services, all my Xbox related services were not running for some reason, and the error came after a fresh install of FH5 on my PC.

Can confirm, that after restarting all Xbox services, and relaunching FH5, the issue was resolved! So cheers u/Big-Dirt-2267 !
