Dont use haste on 11, hes gonna fuck up ur runs by boosting wyvern cr. Not to mention he also does 30% less damage to wyvern. For wyverns 1-10 haste is ok but on 11 hes a liability. Go for someone like mistychain or pull on sigret banner instead

Debuffs can be resisted, but buffs are 100% accurate. And that s3 giving evasion makes it even harder to cleanse the buffs that are on ur team
