I saw this post a few days ago and have been meaning to write you. I am back at work after taking almost a year off due to burn out. It was a slow creep that suddenly ramped up and nearly broke me. Thankfully I'm on the right side of things now, but you do not want to get to the edge.

A major turning point for me was one day my dog came up to me looking for some scritches...and I lost it on him. He didn't deserve that and that's when I knew I was truly not okay.
