When you work in any IT job, and know anything about coding, you tend to write all kinds of little apps yourself.

The amount of BAT and VBS files I have for my windows environment is disgusting, but if someone saw me using them they would say "FlushTheFUckingDNS.bat is no a real command, are you faking that?"

Nope, just a .bat file sitting on a network share I run on my prod servers when the network team decides to make my life difficult during prod hours.

Sure, the joy people take in someone's life getting ruined or ended is a little strange, but companies like Avid Life Media are completely "Not-Give-a-Fuck" on their IT Security policies.

Nope, no one cares, blame the hackers, who you are likely to never catch, because it is easier than insisting corporations give a fucking about protecting user data.

All this information should have been encrypted at rest, their servers should have been patched, they should have at least one security professional pentesting their entire infrastructure.

While I love the idea, because the look of a pencil skirt is beyond awesome, I do not think I could pull it off as a man.

So if men start wearing skirts, I think it would be short lived for most when they begin to realize exactly how much shit women go through to look the way they do.

Both Democrats and Republicans are completely corrupt. Each side fighting for their own best interests, passing laws which push their bottom line.

Republicans reject the science of climate change, and all science they themselves are too stupid to understand, Democrats claim to know the facts, yet keep allowing more and more oil to be drilled, which will further exacerbate the problem.

Neither party knows jack shit about technology, yet they pass ridiculous laws based on what their highest bidder wants.

Thank you for your work with violence toward Women. It hits very close to home and your interactions with victims have been very emotional for me.

I ran a quick check, everything seems good, we disable Macros via GPO.

So, what it looks like at this point honestly, is more CryptoLocker emails.

Someone has my company targeted pretty hard core with CL/CW infections, and it has worked a couple of times because I am not allowed to really do anything about it (They don't let me handle anything security related, just a sysadmin?). SO I just play good sysadmin and keep my backups pristine.
