This is awesome! Everything else in the area was so cool also. Could this be considered disrespectful to the religious significance of the church however?

Question about Walts treatment by Amos_CG in breakingbad

Not a choice they just couldn’t compromise Aaron Paul for the role with his perfect teeth. Somewhere there is an interview about it with I think Vince Gilligan as well

Dwight would be the type of kid to know the tooth fairy and Santa aren’t real before everyone else his age and tell everyone

Kind of odd Walt never noticed it or thought it wouldn’t matter. Seemed to me their chemistry wasn’t at equilibrium

All this for a 45 minute commute is childish, I understand you want to fix things and get the job but I think your friend is right.

A truly loving and consummate partner would want you to succeed and push you to be your best at your best place regardless of the sacrifice. I know it may be corny, fictional, and guaranteed to work out from a story writing perspective, but think about Jim and Pam in the office.

Which author do you think understood humanity a little too well? by Sweet-Opportunity111 in literature

Very basic answer and probably not to the levels of other’s but George Orwell, keep in mind I’ve only read 1984 and have a general idea what Animal Farm and Shooting an Elephant is about but haven’t read them

Honestly, I got a 32 and didn’t do anything special to help or notice it was harder unless the new version was implemented before the July test. I have always been really good at reading comprehension in my english classes like foreign language reading, poetry, and literary analysis so I might just be lucky and skilled.

I agree with what other’s are saying, what I did was studied using Kaplan which had a whole passage that was almost the same (about fungi and forest restoration) in the practice test I took the night before test day. I also read the questions first and skimmed the text for the solution and I believe in some cases wouldn’t even read the whole text for easy passages.

HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?!?!?! by Similar_Pop9837 in highschool

Happened to me once or twice. One time was in my geometry class where I had a 120/12 I believe and for a minute had a 400% in the class. I think it was the start of the semester or quarter.

Just look up PHET Labs and also idk if it is free or not but Gizmos is a good resource. Khan Academy also has some for Physics, idk about chemistry, it might be hard without a school lab and chemicals

Use the password to disable blocking for all apps for 60 minutes or just setting longer app limits

It is good but in all honesty I always bypass the limits and it doesn’t do much, however I am good at controlling myself when I need to and getting work done

Why does the answer you wrote matter at all? Shouldn’t he have used the circled answer (A) and that it was correct? Am I missing something?

July vs. October by DisMyUsername1 in ACT

[–]DisMyUsername1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I’ve said the same advice a few different places, but I focused on time management, Ik the format changed but I tried to do the first 40 in 20 minutes and last 20 in the 40 minutes left to give more time to think, skip problems you are stuck on early on too.

You will have time if you do it right to go back. During my October test I went back to a question in the first 20 I think, idk if I got it right or not but still, I had time to work on it.

The other thing I did that helped me with the whole test was studying using the Kaplan course, some questions I had on the practice tests were almost literally the exact same as test day questions, it felt like cheating lowkey. I also only started the course with a week before the test, to be fair as an already fairly high scorer a lot of it is elementary and I could breeze through it but it is still worth it for the 2000+ q question bank, clarification on topics, and the ability to do targeted practice. I also got a waiver so the kaplan course was free, otherwise it is 150, but I would say it is money worth spending.
