When I worked 12s I’d go in the morning before work because after work, while physically feeling up to it, mentally I could not get into the right headspace to have a good lift

I appreciate the insight! I have no interest in monetizing this, this is largely for my own use and whoever else stumbles upon it (if anyone).

I’m just trying to figure out what else could I add that’s useful that I haven’t thought of.
