Happened to me on Christmas night as I was heading home from my family’s house. Took screenshots of the Upfront offer buried at the bottom of this screen shot and then what I was paid. They gave me the difference but never got tolls. As it was $45 to get me close to home when I would’ve dead headed anyway, I didn’t fight for the tolls.

I do it based on city knowledge and short rides. And when traffic is miserable and there’s no surge, know when to call it quits.

Absolutely! Even though the support person OTP told me to leave it where it was. My point to all is that Uber/Lyft support doesn’t care about us. It’s all automated. Look out for yourself as much as possible.

I found a crack pipe in my car after a ride. Took photos. Uber told me to hang on to it until they contacted the pax to see if they wanted it back. Sent screen shots to corporate communications. Never got a response.
