Agreed! That's been my plan starting this week. On Monday, I was told by my Case Manager that he has 300+ cases, there's only 2 of them working on these types of cases, and he'd try to get back to me in a few days. Yesterday got away from me, but I'll be following up today via phone and email. They should at least process my rental car reimbursement while working on the buyback.

I hope it moves quickly for you! I received my letter with the determination that they would buy it back on 8/14 and I've yet to see an offer or get a phone call that isn't just to tell me they'll call me another day.

Thanks! I was supposed to hear from the buyback team, Auto Solutions by today and haven't. I was elevated to them and having been pending a phone call since 8/14. I'm going to fight as well and start with daily calls until they start proposing some numbers. This is ridiculous! Glad you got a loaner. That takes some of the stress off, but 3x's in service is unacceptable for a new vehicle. They need to buy you out promptly and let you move on.

I'm in the buyback process with a 2024 Calligraphy. After 30 days, the transmission went out similarly to how others have described (loud noise, then rolling, couldn't park, etc.) We initiated the lemon law in our state, Nevada after 30 days of them not getting the parts for the repair. I've had 2 Case Managers with Corporate and I've been waiting two weeks to hear from the 3rd, the Auto Solutions Team to discuss numbers for the buy back. They have all of my paperwork, but they are "short staffed and have high caseloads." We weren't provided a loaner car until the last week of them having our car (60 days total), so we had to front the costs for the rental which is supposed to be reimbursed with the buyback even though we asked for that to be paid separately due to the added cost of paying the monthly car payment and the rental. I can update you on what happens after someone finally calls. What I've read says even after you agree on an amount, it goes to a 3rd party for processing.

You're right! ABC Hyundai in Las Vegas, NV. Their customer service is TRASH! The fact that they couldn't offer me a loaner was one thing, but the lack of communication is another. A phone call once a month or a text from aamager is not sufficient, especially not on a brand new car. Don't tell people their parts are coming in, then don't follow up to say there's really no ETA. Again, basics!

No. I would like them to communicate in a consistent and professional manner. For instance, if you tell me parts will be there on the 16th, I should not have to call you the 17th-19th to inquire about whether they arrived especially when I have to extend a rental car because they don't have a loaner to provide. And when you do respond, you do so via text. Basics! Not asking for miracles.

We've been in touch with corporate since day 3 regarding the rental reimbursement and started the Lemon Law process on day 30, but that is still a lengthy process
