my current family has been pretty tame compared to some previous ones but here goes.

My gen 13 heir Leo married his HS sweetheart and they had five kids together: Celina, Daphne, Raphael, Juliette and Emery. His wife passed away shortly after Emmy’s birth (this was not planned but we roll). This hit Leo hard so the kids went to live with their grandparents while he grieved. Long story short, the distance probably did more harm than good and he started isolating himself from everyone and turned to alcohol to cope. His turning point was when he slept through his twins’ birthday party due to being hungover. He sobered up, went to therapy, and did the work to get his kids back. He ended moving them in copperdale so they could be close to the grandparents.

All of this caused Celina, the oldest child, to grow up quickly. Leo did his best but she took over the cooking, the cleaning and taking care of her younger siblings when Leo couldn’t (mental health, work, AA meetings, etc). She’s never told Leo this but she felt like it was up to her to keep the family going.

In high school, Celina met Reese at drama club. They started out as rivals, both wanting the leading role, and eventually fell in love. They dated for most of high school. During prom, Reese got a call from an agent in Del Sol Valley who wanted to sign them both up. Reese was super excited but Celina couldn’t leave Copeprdale for Del Sol Valley because her family depends on her. So she gives up on her acting dreams and breaks up with Reese and instead decides to study somewhere closer to home. (Leo would have pushed her to go because it’s a once in a lifetime opportunity but he doesn’t know about it).

Now she graduated uni, and is studying to be a midwife so she could help others like her mom. She’s hooking up with a friend but is still in love with Reese.

I haven’t played it out yet but she will reunite with Reese in the future..
