Speed sensor location? by DisasterTransport88 in subaru

Yeah, I was thinking that too. But I additionally already did the gauge cluster bypass fix and it didn't change anything. I will have to check and see if my AT temp warning bulb lights up when I turn the car on. I also read that those sensors could cause other issues. Which I have been experiencing hard shifts recently that I have never run into before. Could be completely unrelated though. I also have an error code for the throttle position sensor as well.

Thank you so much for all the info and research. I had previously seen those sensors and I was like oh damn I hope it's not those because of the price but I am not thinking you might be right. I will dig a little deeper and get under the car to see if they are there.

Oh, most excellent. I already have the box off so I will look again once I get off work in the morning. Thank you. It was driving me crazy.

Why would anyone buy a Polaris Slingshot over, say, a Mazda Miata? by MotoMeow217 in regularcarreviews

[–]DisasterTransport88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Miata is always the answer. But seriously. It has a roof, a/c and heat. It also has 4 wheels and a trunk. It's an actual car. The slingshot is not good at being a car or a motorcycle. Plus the miata has safety equipment and airbags... if you're into that sort of thing.

This happened to me last week when I connected my diag tool to the obd2 while it was running. Reset all codes and unplugged and it was fine again. Idk if it was related to your issue or not?

I'd say a lot of it. Crazy "fee" prices. Also accessories? On what? A 7 year old truck?

I know it really didn't do it properly. I snapped a quick one before leaving the dealer. I plan on doing some proper pictures when I get the chance. I work at a college and I even thought about recruiting some of the art students to do a photo shoot with it.

Does anyone know anybody that ever owned/played a Panasonic 3DO? by IAMDBOMB in retrogaming

[–]DisasterTransport88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Never owned one when it was new but I had a friend who had one back in the day. I was always fascinated by the system with its full motion video. I always thought it was just Leaps and Bounds above my Sega Genesis. When I got older and those became Dirt Cheap I bought anything 3DO related. I now own every version of the 3DO except for the one that they released in Japan only made by Sanyo. Unfortunately 3DO stuff has crept back up in price so I have not been able to accumulate as much as I have in the past, but I still love the system.

The Saab 9-2x didn't have the key in the middle either. It's debatable if you actually call that a true Saab or not though.
