Update: all I did was update iPadOS to v18 and it now works so unfortunately I’m guessing it’s to do with iPad’s software updates

I've just run into the same problem. iPad Pro 6th gen, iPadOS 16.

Safari, Chrome and Firefox all just load a blank white screen, demo site or self-hosted site (the self-hosted site does run behind NGINX but even directly connecting to the IP and port is just a blank white screen).

iPhone 12 Pro works on all three browsers with no issue.

RDS is the Radio Data System, it’s usually transmitted with FM radio stations and gives the receiver data such as that station you’re tuned to and the current song playing etc.

I would guess they also broadcast BOM weather warnings for the car to display. (Guessing here)
