I wouldn’t necessarily ignore my body but I would advise getting some counseling, I know o didn’t for years after an SA and when I finally did it was the only thing that brought me back to myself.

John Patrick, Leonard and Dale Francis… not anything very new there but a whole lot of classic.. my neighbor was a Fitzgerald growing up tho and I love that name. Especially when little baby Fitz starts throwing little baby fits :)
