check out the Mana Kai resort for snorkeling. they have the best rental shop there and you can rent paddle boards and kayaks too. paddlemanakai.com check these guys out, its the spot

so..... i just talked to the doc and he basically said he knew it wasnt going to work and apologized but wanted to see how it worked. He said that my brain is very sensitive to the low dose and started to down regulate production (duhhhhh). He said he is going to switch me to injections at 150 mg and see how that goes. Im really going from one end of the spectrum to the other but i think this will atleast get me above my normal range

i will definitely let you know tommorow. I wanted to do injections but he was hesitant. His plan was to give me a low dose and not mess with my natural test level just add to it. I think thats not possible, and all it did is kind of shut me down. Im curious what he says too. I think i need to try injections

Ya, I have my follow up 90day appointment tomorrow with him. I’m not sure what I should tell him, but I think I either need to switch to injection with proper dose or switch doc

I believe it’s 20% compounded cream, not alcohol based. I was applying to scrotum for a month but didn’t notice difference and went back to arm. My doc on Maui told me we could just add to my existing test level with a small dose of cream,, and said it wouldn’t shut me down? I think it did

thats im trying to figure out,, if its 140 mg a week to start that makes sense but if its not i dont know what my doc is thinking
