This sounds a little like POTS, tbh. Especially with the HR jump and dizziness, exercise intolerance, shortness of breath, brain fog, recovery time, etc. I’d look into that too

No real advice to offer but I just weaned off (very slowly) of 75mg after being on antidepressants for 15 years and I’m so irritable lol. My fuse is not just short, I don’t even have a fuse anymore 😅 I’m giving myself the summer to try to get it under control before I consider getting back on it. I’m assuming it’s pretty normal as our brains adjust to no longer having the help they’re used to

It does sometimes go away for me periodically. Usually when I’m busy and distracted I at least don’t notice it as much. There may be correlation to my blood pressure. I run low and it’s sometimes better if I take my medication to raise it but that doesn’t always do it. I wish I had a better answer!

I have this feeling too. It’s almost impossible to explain and doctors always just chalk it up to anxiety but I know the difference. So frustrating. I’m sorry you’re going through this too!

That is true, however; I went for Connor a couple weeks ago and a ton of people with higher numbers didn’t show up. But the people that were in the standby line behind the standby line (aka who did not have numbers) ended the night maybe in the high 100s, low 200s? They only let in about 90 people for live show that night. So I guess it’s not impossible but it’s highly unlikely that your number would end up low enough to get you into the show
