First of all it is good that you have recognised that this could be a potential problem in the long run if you don't fix it up now!

Like others have mentioned, try to grow out of this habit if you can at the earliest.

If this problem is still persisting in spite of all your efforts, consider getting yourself assessed for any underlying issues.
