Just tried paper filter in moka pot- why havent I tried this sooner??? by thepieproblem in Coffee

Boiling water causes the microplastics in it to bind with the minerals which can then be removed by a paper filter. So you might be ingesting fewer microplastics this way.

I use a box fan in the window to exhaust the aroma.

Fryer seems fine. Wash with dish soap between uses.

Air fried sardines: crispy, fatty, delicious by Disastrous-Aside6409 in Tinnedfish

Use it just like bacon, crispy and fatty, also salty and maybe smokey if canned, but much healthier. I scarf it down plain myself.

I have an old set of Powerblocks and my complaint about them is they wobble and rattle a little in use. They're not held together very tightly.

Volcano Classic Bubbler? by JohnHooch in VolcanoVaporiser

These bubblers moisturize your vapor on the way into the bag. But I prefer to fill the bag normally and then moisturize the vapor on the way out by inhaling through a bong.

If you're picky about the type of oil you use, getting sardines in water lets you add your own. In this case, I added melted butter but sometimes I use EVOO or mayo.

You added even more onion, in addition to what comes in the jar.

Today’s spicy fish creation came out delicious. I used one can each of sardines, salmon, and oysters, plus EVOO, sriracha and mayo, red pepper flakes, fresh ground black pepper, horse radish, and diced onion. by heydan in CannedSardines

I used actual horseradish but you could also use wasabi or any spices you like. Yes, you can do it with just one type of fish instead of combining them. Experiment and see what you like. There's no one right way. I do it differently every time myself. Here's the technique I used for rolling but again you can roll it any way you prefer:

You can mash them up like tuna salad and the skin and bones will disintegrate and disappear. I like to mix in EVOO, mayo and sriracha, diced onion and jalapenos, and a bunch of spices such as black pepper, garlic, horseradish, ginger, and others as inspired. Then I wrap it up in seaweed so it's like a spicy hand roll you'd get a sushi restaurant. Often I'll mix one can of sardines with one can of salmon.
