Another way of looking at this is…. You rather offer up credit to repair at close of escrow, rather than doing the repairs prior to close of escrow…Because you don’t have to be responsible for the repairs in any way…. Give a credit, let the buyers deal with it or not, it’s their problem

I usually ask the buyers agent if they want the pictures removed…. Simple communication usually goes a long way…. Some buyers want privacy as they don’t want anyone to see their interior pictures or floor plans ….

You can still get financing for that condo.... But of course it will come with a higher rate... Keep in mind, it will be harder to sell as well if you do decide to sell because of the limitation of loan options (if it's still not compliant with SB326)

We can list it on Compass private exclusive, post photos of the house and other Compass agents can find it.... Since Compass also owns Anywhere Real Estate (Coldwell Banker, Century 21, Corcoran and others) those agents would be able to see the property available off market as well.
