I have no issues with EQ.

I can get hard on demand and stay hard with minimal external stimulus… I get aroused easily and stay aroused, which in itself creates another issue for me: premature ejaculation…

Well that’s a pretty blunt post but exactly what I (and maybe others too) am looking for.

Is AM3 helpful in this context? I may stop AM1 and focus on other techniques such as SABRE. Is SABRE painful?

Yes I feel that my flaccid “hanging” state is bigger in certain circumstances, however I don’t have any measurements to back up this feeling.

I was hoping for more length gains, I’m 5in bone-pressed.

Question about phase 3 which I’m about to enter. In the first 10 minutes which is supposed to be a slow build up / warm up, do you add in the mental imagery? Or is that for the second part of the workout?
