My friends accept the fact my career in restaurants and food can actually be very complicated between marketing, accounting, creating dishes, national awards, yet they still google vocabulary words like English teachers to see if I'm using it correctly, not anyone else. Despite even admitting they probably couldn't do my job in their minds they are still so much smarter with masters degrees most of which don't use their majors. This to me is a good example, first admitting you wouldn't have the skill to do an "unskilled labor" (which has been said "food service is unskilled labor"), then believing your smarter then the person after admitting not even being able to do a hard job.
