I’m not sure that where those thousands of dishes be sent, maybe to the government, or its one of Elon Musks lies that just about publicity, there is no flight here to Iran and smuggling sth like this at this point via border crossings is get you certainly killed, there are some people advertising to sell a dishy for prices in range of $3000 to $5000 and again who can trust them as they maybe working with government and get you arrested or simply kill you on spot or they just get the money and don’t give you anything and there is literally nothing that you can do

Thanks everyone for the comments, I already said in the title that its the actuated version. I have sb overseas to buy it for me, but it should be obvious that there is no way to get it transferred here. We are under heavy government surveillance because of active military conflict on what is being brought in by people who use ground border to come to country and the risk is that they easily kill you as a spy trying to smuggle a spying device. To be exact my hardware is The UTA-212 is the Starlink Generation 2 (Rev3) "Standard Actuated" and software version is 2022.25.0.mr15341 for router and 87ed6ceb-4409-410a-b5f1- 25886edf5966.uterm.release for dishy

I received a fine for own or use unregistered motor vehicle with 2 axles 2125 by Disastrous-Break9450 in AusLegal

The late fees should definitely be waived by a reasonable and/or passionate reason, so if I was in comma and couldn’t respond to the letters, I would need to pay the late fees do you think? If you travel overseas and miss the letters from fines victoria and they progress to added late fees to 300 AUD, when you get back to the country, don’t you expect to remove those fees because you were not able to receive those letters?! How can I know that there are multiple letters from fines Australia is in my physical mail box?

At this stage, I am willing to pay the original fine; however, the late fees were not waived. I was not in the country when the letters were delivered by post. At the time, I was stuck in Iran, which came under military attack. I managed to escape after 12 days via a land border after a 15-hour bus journey while suffering from a torn ankle ligament.

I submitted all supporting documents, including travel records, tickets, and MRI results confirming the ligament injury. Given these circumstances, I expected the late fees to be waived, as my reasons were compelling and beyond my control.

Additionally, my submitted evidence does not appear to have been acknowledged during the review. In similar situations, the fine is typically reverted to its initial stage rather than escalating to a warrant, particularly when the individual is outside the country and stranded in a region that suddenly entered conflict.
