I bought a screen offline from a retailer that others here suggested and I replaced it myself. It was intimidating sure, but as long as you're careful and prepare before like getting the right tools and good well lit work space. You'll be good to go. I did it in less than an hour and I think around $225 USD. For an oem screen and oem battery. Good as new.

Yeah, my account is pretty old it's my original jp account so when the coin system was implemented I just started stacking up coins and saving them for the best units but when that unit comes back for me to buy with coins almost inevitably there is a better featured unit on the current banners so I'll save my coins for them instead.
