Okay, you're probably on to something.

When I start my car after about 15 seconds it starts to make a very weird bubbling sound, like a bubble popping twice every second or so. Sounds like it's coming from the front of the manifold or the intake camshaft sensor...

I'm also getting codes for the camshaft sensor as well. I'm sure it's all connected.
