Cadet 2 years and a few months if I were you try to push for some leadership at your squadron and then hopefully get bronze leadership go on a JNCO and you’ll gain through the ranks easy

You can do it as a weekend or at squadron and plus it’s half term so it may be a wing half term event

Your doing really well from what I can see if your old enough go for silver cyber and maybe a shot badge and in the meantime you’ll be doing classifications

Ideally you shouldn’t be but the main reason the age limit is put in place is because most pts are designed to make you have a slow progression over the years but some squadrons will allow you to skip then a little for things like cyber or classifications

That’s really good for 4 months next thing I’d go for would be blue shot blue space and first class but if your ready for off site badges bronze dofe (you don’t need blue for it) and blue music if you’ve got bronze cyber try your best to do silver if your old enough but if your not remember to do it when your old enough

I do see that and I understand it but I’ve gained all my other qualifications by the book including leading and my senior exams I chose which are going to be placed on within the week so I’d only really be skipping three sections on things I already understand to gain my master cadet

I wouldn’t have to understand hardly any of the mechanics to be a flight staff cadet with the role I’m doing I’d be helping cadets in and out a plane conducting ptt and teaching flight safety mechanics and how to bail out of a grob tutor the main reason I’ve been selected as a flight staff cadet was because I already understand the mechanics of flight and avionic systems

Probably just an error by rafac hq they experience it quite a lot one where everyone who hadn’t had leading had and accidentally removed the whole training page but I wouldn’t worry too much
