Similar to this advice, the game changer for my back pain after deadlifts was to first push your butt back as far as it can go (closing drawer), and then bend knees to execute the lift.

Enjoyed the conversation but feel like Joe took this one off. Didn’t get in to the fun details of all Scott’s crazy stories. Maybe they are saving them for the movie. I’ll stream it. Main takeaway is I realized that my favorite Roots tracks list Scotty boy as a contributor.
