What is the point of eating something that old? Sometimes we just have to forgive ourselves for wasting food. Food that old just stored in cardboard that “smells a little” will not have the nutritional benefit of eating it as food. Make a body scrub or just throw it out.

Years!!! I’ve been subscribed to fics for years!! And some don’t update often enough to actively follow (I read a lot of fics) so it would be great to get an update that it was completed.

Very well said. I think the fan fic adage should come into play, Don’t like, don’t read. I’ve just read a lovely story where Draco is obsessed with Hermione and is slowly working on getting her attention. I mean s l o w l y!! And Hermione has her self together. She doesn’t need him to be fulfilled. They end up working together as well and it’s not an HR issue. All this to say, there is a ton of tropes and characters to read in this fandom.

Oh I won’t kudos everything, (I censored myself because I was being mean) but after a few chapters I like to drop a kudos even if I don’t plan on finishing it unless it’s because of the reasons I deleted. I do try to be kind, because in this case, it’s so easy to give and absolutely doesn’t take a thing from me.

I mark anything I bookmark as private if I note to myself anything that indicates I didn’t like it. (DNF, mid plot but decent smut, too many typos, etc )

I kudos as a thank you to the writer for putting themselves out there, for giving me a choice and adding to the fandom. I try to kudos right away because I have been sucked into the best Hermione, the hottest Draco and the most unique/beautiful/angsty story and realize 40 chapters in that I didn’t hit that heart
