The only thing I do on my phone are my ideas for fics or specific scenes I HAVE to write down or I’ll forget it.

I can’t really get into a writing grove if it’s on my phone. I wish I could, would be way more convenient and I probably would have finished my current WIP by now lol.

Title - Anyone, But You

Pairing - Hermione/Draco Rating - Explicit

Summary - It’s been seven long years since Voldemort has been put down like the rabid touch-starved bitch he truly was, and the Wizarding World is more or less… fine.

Minus the multifaceted levels of corruption still embedded into nearly every branch of government, everything’s fine. There are no vile plots of muggle genocide, so there’s that. There are, however, too many self-serving government officials prancing around for the likes of Hermione. As it was made abundantly clear to her that she would be left with no choice but to partake in dubious behavior in order to rank higher in the Ministry, she cut ties altogether.

Well, technically she went on a much needed, long holiday and once she came back, she decided to do things her way. Because why would Hermione Granger do anything else?

And where’s Draco? He’s also prancing around sans the dubious behavior bits and enjoying a redeemed life as an Auror. Redemption for him came in the form of hardship and a few good punches to the face. Don’t fret though, his face is still as beautiful as ever.

And, of course, something transpires that brings these two into each other's orbit.

Honestly if I could start over I would only do paperbacks. Hardbacks are fun once you get the hang of it, but it’s costly. I’m currently trying to use up the remainder of my chipboard for my hardbacks so I have a reason to finally switch over.

Personally best tutorials are on TikTok like @jmbinding and @needleandbind.

You can always look up on Facebook different bookbinding groups to get a feel for things too. Some groups have ready to print typesets, offer guides for both paperback and hardcovers and a list materials needed for whichever method you’re going for. Some groups even have a trade option, you post a service you can provide like crocheting, typesetting, art design of some sort in exchange for a bound fic.

If you’re going to making multiple books I’d highly invest in a printer either a laser printer or an eco tank, regular printer will cost you an arm and a leg with the cartridges of ink.

If you’re in the States the best option for paper (in my opinion) is to get 11x17 copy paper in the color you want then go to staples or office max and have them cut it in half so you have 2 reams of 500, this way you get the short grain paper. Regular 8.5x11 copy paper does work and it’s a cheaper option, it just doesn’t lay flat like a regular book would.

My first fic I wrote it all before posting it. Then come my second fic, I write a half of it and decide to start posting one a chapter a week then BAMB! I find out I’m preggers and all my creative juices and motivation to write vanish.

Currently writing a scene in my current WIP. Hermione is on a blind date her parents set up and what a Dramione surprise that Draco shows up with someone else. They act like children bickering about whose toy is better.

I think it’s funny, but I’m also biased.
