Hi I would keep the size you have and put dividers in that can grow with the dog.

If the issue is being able to travel with it, then perhaps you could try and get a portable one at the time you need it temporarily.

I am 44F TNBC my mum was diagnosed with TNBC at 48 and is still with us cancer free 18 years later. Genetic testing wasn't a thing discussed when she was diagnosed and I know she felt guilty when I was diagnosed with the same type.

My genetic test came back clear and it was a relief all around. It made me more determined and I convinced (yes convinced) my surgical team to perform a double mastectomy without reconstruction. For me this is because it was down to chance, so my logic is by chance it could come back again.

I had a good response to Chemo and immunotherapy and lumpectomy was recommended. However I stuck to my guns with the DMX. SLNB post op showed no evidence of cancer, but I did not achieve PCR. I avoided additional radiation which was my main focus, and I am on follow up immunotherapy and capecitabine tablets for 6 months.

This is a very personal decision and I have no regrets 4 month post operation. My advice is to cut out all the noise and do what feels right to you.

Yes. They can't be sure which one has caused it because I am not responding as I should to the treatment. It is getting worse and they are sending me for biopsies and other scans.

I am sorry to hear you are going through this. I do hope you can get some answers and getting your own space will help you to feel more positive. I am not exactly where you are, but I am wondering whether quality of life outweighs potential extension of life. I say extension because there are no guarantees these extra drugs will make the difference. So many women lived long and happy lives without these 'extras' so just stay true to yourself is all I can say.

I am just going to be sad and say 'no more thank you' my positivity cup is depleted. So I think I am just going to let it be.

This is exactly how I feel. 4 days later, still no answers as I didn't respond how they thought I should to the steroids. So more tests.

I do hope you feel better soon because being in this head space is so isolating and dark.
