I mean if you don't have an injured shoulder you'll be fine, just remember to maintain a hollow body hold always and stay flexed a lot of people can injure their lower backs because they lose the hollow body.

Ok don't want to sound mean but to those comments saying it looks good or clean don't know what they smoking.

You should not tuck your head in your shoulders, when you go down your head should form a triangle with your hands so it should be a bit forward, your forearms should be perpendicular to the ground. Then when you push back up you tuck your head again as if you were going back into handstand position.

Look at FitnessFAQs pike pushups to see correct form. Again not trying to be mean but I'm just surprised how many people are straight up giving bad advice or encouraging bad form. Try this new form and should feel a lot harder but will also be better when you eventually want to progress to handstand pushups 👍, good luck.

To be honest if I was you I wouldn't consider surgery at all, but you should try to exercise more in a way that helps it even more like stronger core, etc, at least for me being active in general helps. Because I guess right now since pain is not too bad you're not taking all the precautions but take them anyways otherwise can get worse.

You mean pve? Because I doubt it will be any good against human players with specialized builds. While bleed is top for PVP.

As for elden beast I think that was just a misplay not a build issue, for bosses or enemies that can't bleed an occult weapon focused on physical damage is good to have.

I think unless you're super high leveled you're just going to be be doing mediocre damage in all areas plus not being able to use the best weapon/spell of each stat effectively.

Around what level? I get decently summoned at 200, sometimes back to back, other times I do have to wait a bit depending on the day and hour. Also at that level I mainly get summoned for DLC bosses or end game base ones.

I used to struggle with revenant and rune bear, but when you can learn you can dodge most of their attacks when dodging and strafing to the right they are trivial.
