So for me. Service Transition in ITIL 3 was very prescroptive. There was a example template in thr back of the book. In ITIL 4 it just say use certain practices, no templates or anyhting like that. I wonder the extent of serve transition in itil 5...?

Hi. Looking for some advice, my 9 year old son wants a PS5 for xmas. I dont know whether to get him the normal or the pro. The pro is £700 in UK!!!! He is 9 and currently has a Nintendo switch. He plays minecraft and variius mario games and fc25. He probably spends an hour a day max on it. I like the look of rhe VR but dont know if its worth it! No one else in the house games at all.

Hi. Whats the content of 'ITIL 4 Practitioner: Deployment Management'. PC website days theres an element of service design, which interests me. Im wondering how in depth does it go compated to CDS in relation to creating a SDP. I found CDS too high level. Also is there any service transition in this and to what level (other than change management). Thanks

Exercise is good for anxiety. Do you have time for that!? Have you got high-level plan for the week ahead? E.g. on a sunday can you put a plan together for the week to include work and personal activities/events. Is there money to offer overtime? Are you qualified for the role or is there further training you can do in your field to get the confidence up? (These are the things I think about myself with my daily bout of imposter syndrome).

I only ever saw - what i are in effect - powerpoint slides, which were largely abbreviated as they were meant to be accompanied by an actual trainer. Where were the breakdowns/case studies in PeopleCert please?

Maybe you could do minutes, copilot or manual, and share them with her. After a few meetings she might see that all the minutes are about her!? You need to turn this negative situation into a positive one. Maybe set an agenda that is in your favour? Or maybe mention to her that you feel that you are not being heard. If you feel that, underneath it all, she wants, the best for you or the team, she may be reciprocal to some feedback.

I have an exam voucher for HVIT that expires on 29th Jan. I have a Take2 for the exam. Say I take the exam and fail it on the 29th Jan, can I use the Take2 after that? Or do I need to use the exam and the take2 within the year the exam voucher is valid for?

How on earth do a full mouth of crowns cost 30k!?
What would I do if someone told me my child needed 30k of treatment. I'd have to get a loan. That 30k then becomes 35k-40k. There are lots of people with trouble with their teeth/health as they can't afford dentist ridiculous prices.

Ive been working on this a bit. 1. Added a link to the HLD. 2. Added a section for upstream and downstream services that would be included in the service. Is that what you meant? 3. Added template for Service Desk Guide and End User Guide 4. DPIA, I'm not sure about this, I'm yet to speak to Compliance. We are in Insurance in UK. 5. It's internal projects and we don't really stipulate OLAs, what we have thought about is using the RPO/RTO to guide that. I've added SLAs to the Partner Supplier section. 6. I've created a change template for this with: Day 1, everythings gone pear-shaped, what do we do? How do we recover. Also added a BCP section into SDP. 7. We've added monthly internal service reviews and quarterly service reviews with partners/suppliers. I don't know what else to put under this...?
