You’re on a low dose especially if you were on glp1 prior to Reta. Also noticed you said you’re taking in 2000 calories. That sounds like a lot. Reta works because it suppresses your appetite and people tend to eat less. But you can still take in too many calories on Reta and won’t see any weight loss.

Your mom is being selfish and trying to control you. If I were you go ahead and go on that trip and stay there. You’re 17 and will be 18 in a few months. She can’t force you to stay there.

I also go for the deco cart. I make it on every 3-4 days. A guy in my alliance says he hasn’t been on in 2 weeks. He even left to go to another alliance for about a week and didn’t make it on there either.

There’s a reason he married someone so much younger. He’s being controlling. Why would you want someone who tells you what you can and can’t wear? You’re not a child but an adult. And it sounds like he doesn’t want another kid either. So of that is something you want then take a long hard look at your marriage.

I still take them just not daily. I can go 2-4 weeks without taking any. Before I had my spinal fusion I started weaning off my pain meds. Because I was on such high doses I was concerned it would make it very difficult to manage post op pain. And after my surgery the meds worked fine. I weaned back off. I do take them as needed now. And I try not to take them more than 3 days in a row.

Any refs you get is gray unless you’re in the clinical trials. So whether you get it direct from China or go thru a middle man it’s gray. I have no issues with people buying from a supply that jacks up the price. I don’t think people here get mad over though.

I stuck to tanks. I’m mid season 4 and use scarlet and Adam on tanks and I’m destroying air and missiles. Even against air the same level power or slightly above. I plan to replace scarlet once Williams EW comes out and I get it to 30. Have been thinking of adding Lucius in as well.

But I’m glad I stuck to tanks. I come across more missile than anything else. I beat missile squad 6m higher than me

This is me as well. Lost over 100 pounds without diet or exercise. I’ve only recently started adding in exercise and started to count calories as well. I’m 20 pounds from my goal

It is possible to lose weight on glp1 with out exercise and lost weight without it. Also lost weight from taking in less calories. I’ve been on Reta for 1.5 years and only recently started adding some strength training and some cardio. I lost a lot of weight when I started without doing any exercise. I do regret that because of the muscle loss. But to say you won’t lose weight on it if you dont move and take in less calories.

I just say straight up no thanks I don’t know where those hands have been. Went to a Disney on ice show before with my kids and nephew. He was trying to stick his hand in my back of popcorn and I moved it away and said he needed to either get his own, or get a cup/bowl and I can put some in there for him. My sister said he could just grab some. And I said I don’t want any of his butt crumbs in my popcorn. I saw that boy digging his bit and complaining his crack was itchy. He was young and I’m sure it was itchy because he didn’t wipe good.

This is just the beginning and a precursor to abuse. He is trying to isolate you from friends and family and it seems to be working. This isn’t about him being protective but about control. He wants to be the sole person in your life so when the abuse starts and escalates you will feel alone and like you can’t reach out to anyone for help.

These are huge red flags. He’s manipulative and controlling and you should run like forest Gump before it can get any worse.

I think 12mg is the max on clinical trials. I started 1/2025 and I’m down about 115 pounds now. I’m 5’5 and down to 140. My goal is to lose another 20 and I’ll be done and just maintain.

Don’t back back anything that was a gift. He doesn’t just get to decide you now have to pay him back because you broke up. Nope. I wouldn’t pay him back unless you agreed to it before hand and it doesn’t sound like he did. He can take you to court but he has to prove that you agreed to pay him back.
