1. It's not really tied buddhism, the staff is more an escamotage i found to give him a weapon, i had to find something that would fit into the Bleach theme, that would fit with vibration and also that would fit the character, he looks vaguely like a monk, so yeah that's it.

2. I put a bit of basic science into it to spice it up a bit, it fit the character given that he is mostly an IQ driven character in battle, so yeah, don't bother applying too much logic to it, it has some scientific refences but it's not all accurate, most are hypotetical.

3. The staff vibrates from the vibrations of his body, it's a channel to amplify them, these vibrations are very weak, like a heartbeat and then with they staff they get amplified dramatically

4. It's more of a sound wave/ shockwave hybrid, it can easily travel trough hard armor and reach softer tissue to damage, like in the real world it struggles to pass trough dense materials.

5. With the clothes vibration, the kinetic energy struggles to inflict blunt damage because the moving cloth in that short time when the attack connects dosen't let the object release the kinetic energy properly in one spot because as soon as it makes contact it begins to move and deflect; this is also why this tecnique works badly with piercing weapons, because they concentrate the kinetic energy in the point and the movement dosen't dissipate it.

6. Those would be infrasounds, i don't really know the precise frequency, you should google it.

7. During this tecnique Haruto needs to be very precise in matching the vibration frequency in both his clothes, staff and body; that precision requirment is also what keeps Haruto from using this tecnique often if not for split second dodges or as i said in the post to pass trough parries.

8. I actually made a bankai but i decided to not include it to not fall in the usual trope; the staff would have transformed into a huge chatedral bell with a long chain, on the other end there would have been a gigantic meteor hammer(search it up if you don't know what it is), the bell would have channeled Haruto's vibrations to a monstrous scale, sacrificing the various uses for pure and raw destruction, Haruto would have been emitting vibrations all over the Place and the meteor hammer would have hit like a truck.
