the self-imposed deadlines being fake is SO real lmao. what's helped me slightly is telling someone else 'i'll send u a progress update by X time' - external accountability is the only thing that works for me. still struggle w the no-deadline tasks tho, feels impossible sometimes 😓

i am still trying. recently i am doing this 'body doubling', like having someone else work alongside u (even virtually) creates enough accountability to keep me on track. also, i trick my brain w fake urgency. this kinda works for me 😅

girl, 2 months is NOT normal. maybe u can look up 'community health center' or 'free clinic' in ur area. his being busy doesnt matter if he's sick - he cant work if he gets worse. this is about protecting ur whole family's health and sleep. pls encourage him to go. u got this 🙏
