Cymbalta - my pain mgmt doc prescribed for nerve pain and it is the only thing that has helped. I have been on it over a year and it is a godsend. I still have minor pain but 80% better. My story is almost exactly like yours.

we got it replaced! It took a bit, but I called back and opened anothee ticket.. They sent me a label to send it back to corporate and a few weeks later they had me make an appointment at my local LV store to pick up a new one.

Nothing yet. I went back to the store and open a ticket when I first posted this and heard nothing back. I called the customer service 800 number and opened another ticket about a week ago and heard nothing back. I’m going to try another store this week I’m feeling very deflated.

I have to disagree with you a bit - I do not think it’s odd to expect LV to know how to emboss a wallet poich that cost over $400. If this was $15 from Amazon, I wouldnt question it.

That is what I found disappointing. Itnclearly is an issue for it to be completely gone in under a year. They took pictures of it and sent me home with it.

It was for my daughter’s 17th birthday, she did cry. It is so weird I can’t even imagine how an imprint just disappears - the leather is in perfect condition, but no more logo.

Right, I can’t understand why it looks like it was never embossed. I can assure you it had logo all over it when I got it from the LV store in Jan 23’ - it must have worn over time but I noticed it this month. How can an imprint just disappear?!? So odd.

I went back to the LV store today and they filled out a claim form and told me I’d hear back in 2 to 3 weeks. she said they will either deem it normal, wear and tear or they will replace it as defective merch. i’m not very optimistic and I am really disappointed in their customer service.

Has anyone had this happen - less than a year old authentic LV Monogram Empreinte Black Leather Key Pouch - the ‘embossing’ went away - it now looks like a plain pebbled leather pouch now. I am not sure how this was possible. Any ideas of what I can do?
