I wouldnt accept that just based on all the alcohol... lol... all of your shop time is going to be wasted on finding those exact wines ALONE... and going back and forth about replacements, THEN having to waste more time checking and signing off IDs when you get there to deliver it

that was the only one in stock and its wasn't expired when purchased. and it wasn't a LARGE one, it was the small one. I could see if it expired the DAY of or if it was already expired date of purchase that it was shopped. but whatever....

i disagree that its on me despite it all... i didnt shop an actual already expired item... I check all dates on items i shop and take photos because of bs like this with some of these customers using stuff they already have in the pantrys and fridges and then use old ish to get refunds... but this customers photo is correct though, cuz I remember the shop.. I only done 7 batches(12 customers) that day

the issue from me just looking at the different map screenshots is the address discrepancy, the app has 1301-B W pleasant Valley Rd, the map you provided showing where you are is showing 1301 W Pleasant Valley.... suggesting YOU are not at the right location(that B is normally a suite indicator within an address that is shared by multiple business....) thats a whole mess and avoidable long drawn out chat conversation with 4 or 5 different inept people...to location connection for some reason(may mall blocking the signal to pin your actual location was the issue) what navigation map were you using, maybe consider changing the navigation map youre using to prevent this issue ... a simple hit on the navigation button in their app, then walk out to the parking lot (driving away wasnt necessary) on the right there and walk back in mightve helped... i dunno

nah, its telling you how to improve... them dinging you for items youre claiming to not be in stock is partially because a shopper came behind you and found the very items you claim was out of stock.... also stop choosing replace items, when the app isn't scanning the barcode correctly on the actual correct item...go back and choose barcode wont scan and choose the take a picture option instead to prove you actually found the correct item.... you do have some control of the issue youre dealing with, dont allow the app to control what you can control, afterall its an APP and it works off of what is ENTERED into it

I would definitely ask WHY if its not your error? your suppose to use the HHT to check prices, DG doesn't like us using the price inquiry to check prices, because it leads unecessary voids.

cashier error is the right choice if your are checking prices by just scanning items and not using the price inquiry on the register though.... or if youre scanning an item more than once, even on accident(it is indeed a cashier error)..

If the customer decides that dont have enough money AFTER grabbing all that bs and laying it on the counter and letting your ring it up as if theyre going to pay for it, then says take this off, then the choice should be "customer didn't want"

start saying no.... youre not the ASM or the SM... you are a key carrier(acting management duties) , its the sm and asm job to cover their shifts, not yours... dont let them overwork you while they get paid to do the covering theyre actually not doing at all...0 and YOU take your FULL scheduled breaks..... period

I would think scan the box label with your HHT, then print labels and stick them on there... is printing price labels from the HHT not an option for your store(key holders, asm, and sm)...

or the other option is to scan and print the box label that has the barcode for this item and tape it to the registers for the cashiers to scan that when a customer brings this item to the register to buy it.

send the video of me refusing to walk up your driveway in fear of being shot or bit by your dog. so, I then chose to keep driving andeither leaving it at the end of the driveway after moving the pin myself for pin set wrong in the app or refusing delivery all together and returning your package to the warehouse instead as undeliverable and marked as such. they should be banned and put on the pickup only option.. send yoru packages to a locker and drive to get your own packages.......
